My husband and I recently established care with Jacqueline Bergner APNP as our PCP and are pleased that we did. It was clear during this visit that she had thoroughly reviewed my medical history and was able to discuss a plan of care specific for my needs. The entire team was helpful and respectful.

The wait time was excessive.

It was an okay visit which was in regard to my cholesterol. My physician focused on meds but not on what else I can do. Also didn't help me understand that my liver can take another 6-12 months to "catch up" on the improvements made with my new health patterns/habits.

I am new to the area and a new patient to Jacqueline Bergner. The time and attention she gave me was exceptional. She addressed all of my healthcare questions and concerns, making appropriate referrals as necessary. Her MA, Pam, was also exceptional. I was so grateful to have found such compassionate and skilled health professionals right here in my hometown!
