The doctor wrote orders for me to see a psychologist. When I called there were only two doctors available. Neither one meet my needs so I was given a document that show other counselors outside of ProHealth network. When I called a couple they told me they don't see patients whose doctors are not from their network. Then I got a call from a scheduler who told me they do but needed the orders from my doctor. So I called my doctors office to get the orders sent to them. I was told I needed their fax number. So now I need to call them back and find out their number. Then call back my doctors office and give them the fax number. I just felt like I was getting the runaround.

I like her very much.

It's hard to get in to see Jackie Bergner in a reasonable amt. of time. I understand there have been some additions to the staff of that dept. Not happy w/endocrinologist and his ego. Not listening to patients' needs.

Receptionist at the medical facility was helpful. Waited less than a minute before being taken in. All staff was courteous. Was able to walk in for a blood test right away as well.

First time meeting Dr. Bergner. I have chosen her as my new physician. Very pleased with her explanations and interest in my care.
