Very helpful offered suggestions to make life easier for me.

The kiosk is Useless without telling the patient where to go next! NO directions, NO interaction, NO instructions.

He helped problem solve and so far it is working.

Eric Boehm is a P.A. and has been my contact with this allergist since my care was transferred from a retiring allergist. Visits are always initiated by me rather than the allergy provider.

It was a very quick office visit. Very little waiting time in reception and waiting for the provider to come in the exam room. Both my husband and I were seen at the same time, which was fine. We were asked if that was ok before being taken back to the exam room. I can use any health care system I want and I do use others. But I always come back to Prohealth for the sleep medicine providers because they are the best around that I have been treated by and I've been using CPAP therapy for almost 2 decades.

I would appreciate more face to face interaction.
