For the most part, the service I receive is exceptional. All of the non-physician providers that I see are absolutely wonderful and a majority of the physician providers I see are also very good.

Service was prompt and sufficient.

The only time I called this office - audiology - was to set an appt. to get hearing tested. I got all my answers and instructions at the appointment and there was no need for a follow up call. I was scheduled 3 1/2 months out - but got in sooner because of a cancellation.

1st appt. with this provider. Very easy to discuss issue and options.

All went well. Dr. Boesl is wonderful. She explained all the results of the hearing tests. She is very thorough, kind, asked if I had any questions.

She is very knowledgeable on the subject and quite pleasant. She will ensure you understand everything before you leave. I did not feel rushed during my appointment.

After the visit, I felt that I had been given excellent advice and service from Abby B. There was an app she showed me how to access that has helped me tremendously regarding the lessening of my hearing.What was confusing was the direction to Desk 3. It isn't referred to as Desk 3 but there is a 3 in the sign. AND nothing about Audiology on any signage. I thought I was at Dermatology because of signage. It's a big building so I felt a little overwhelmed. Better signage would have helped the anxiety of finding the right desk.

I filled this out online a few days ago. Perhaps I made an error at that time as I filled it out quickly?

I spend 6 mo. a year in Calif. I spend hours for a appointment you wait hours to see anyone. It is so nice to get great service here. I fell safe here.

Just disappointed that my insurance did knock something off price of hearing aids like it did in Minocqua - but it is a ProHealth place.

Very good visit at this provider.
