Pleasant experience from start to finish

The personnel at the Waukesha Memorial lab were unprofessional, rude (insulted my disabled sister in my care) refused my request because he said it would cost the hospital

This is my 2nd yearly visit or checkup with Dr Brass and I will continue to see her, and have recommended her to other family. Im anxious about doctor visits and until last year have not been to one In probably 7 or 8 years. She is so down to earth, non-judgemental, Could almost say she makes It fun to be at a doctor's office. She definitely motivated me to want to be better during our conversation vs me feeling judged and negative about myself and lifestyle

I indicated that I wasn't seen within 15 minutes of the appointment time, but I don't consider that a negative thing. Dr. Brass spends a great deal of time with patients, as much time as they need from her and I am willing to wait a little bit longer so that I have the same opportunity. She is a wonderful physician. It's been a long time since I liked the doctor as much as Dr. Brass.

As my former family practice doctor left his practice, this was my first visit for an annual wellness exam with a new PCP. Dr. Brass listened carefully, was informative and had a terrific "bedside manner". I look forward to a long relationship.

Dr. Brass is the best! She always listens to what you are saying and all of your concerns. She won't stop until she finds a solution for your medical issue(s). Her personality is amazing and I'm not afraid to ask her any questions.

I have paid cash to follow her anywhere she goes and have referred people all over to see her. They have only 100% positive things to say about her care and knowledge. She treats you as a human first and patient second. She makes sure you leave having everything addressed on a physical, mental and emotional level also understanding your financial and social needs. She sees things that many providers have zero ability to see. You are lucky she came back to ProHealth!! Treat her well!
