Dr. Brooks is a godsend, she's caring, patient, thorough and if I have questions, she will follow up and follow through. This is one amazing doctor. I absolutely love her and her bedside manner.

I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit to the clinic. When I arrived for my physical, I was surprised that instead of being greeted by a staff member, I was directed by signage to check in at a kiosk. For patients who may already feel anxious about their appointment, the lack of personal interaction at the start could feel unsettling.A doctor's appointment is fundamentally about selfcare - people helping people. During my visit, I completed the standard depressionscreening questions, which shows the clinic's awareness of how patients may be feeling. However, the welcome experience did not reflect that same level of care. The checkin process felt cold and impersonal, with no initial human interaction, which can be especially difficult for patients who may already feel anxious about their appointment. My intention in sharing this is to support a more welcoming, personcentered experience from the moment patients arrive.Additionally, the placement of the kiosk near the entrance makes it difficult to see or hear when a name is called, as it comes from behind a wall. This setup felt somewhat impersonal and distant.I do want to emphasize that the medical assistant who cared for me was excellent, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness. My feedback is intended to support a more welcoming experience from the moment patients walk in.

This visit was the first time the doctor was delayed in seeing me in a timely manner. I had about a 20 minute wait between seeing the nurse and seeing the doctor. This is not at all my usual experience with this doctor and I presume that a previous patient's reason for being there put the doctor behind.

I feel something is really wrong with me. Came in about 2 months ago with similar problems and I really want to know what's wrong. Have feeling it has something to do with pneumonia vaccination.
