Dr. Brown is a wonderful doctor!

the receptionists, doctor, and lab tech were all very kind and helpful. I did find the nurse who took me to the examination room to be somewhat unprofessional and abrasive.

As someone who is hard of hearing (deaf in one ear), you have no idea how refreshing it is when you tell someone you didn't hear them and they actually speak louder! With the mask requirement, it is even harder for me to hear people, but the receptionist realized I was having a hard time hearing her and she spoke louder and clearly to me so I could hear her. I wish more people were like her! For me there is nothing more frustrating than telling someone I didn't hear what they said and they either don't speak louder or become annoyed they had to repeat themselves. I lost partial hearing when I was a child so I realize I don't fit the "look" of someone who can't hear well. The way she spoke to me made my heart smile!

This visit was fine as a routine visit. Can be difficult to get an appointment to see someone when a health issue comes up

Over-all, my visit was very pleasant. Dr. Brown arranged a referral to a specialist, ENT, for a problem that I have been having. All personnel at the clinic, that I had contact with, were pleasant and respectful.

Dr. Brown and other medical personnel were very professional and personable during my appointment. Dr. Brown is someone I trust and whose advice and recommendations I follow. ProHealth is a top notch medical organization, and I trust them with my medical care.

Dr. Brown always goes above and beyond for our family. She knows our family history well when we come in for visits. I would definitely recommend her to a friend.

Dr. Brown was so kind to squeeze me in for a virtual visit the same day I called so I could get a timely covid test.

The lab where they took my blood draws was small, crowded and unprofessional - no privacy.

I called to find out if I should have a blood test prior to my routine wellness visit. The test was ordered. I think a message or phone call reminding people to get a test such as this prior to a visit would be a great help. I had no need to see a physician for the past year, and it would have been very easy for me to not remember that perhaps a blood test was ordered.
