Caryn Brownell, MD

Dr. Brownell is the most professional, caring doctor and I have been her patient for years along with a number of other relatives. She is always respectful and addresses any concerns I have. I am extremely fortunate to have her as my physician.

What was more disappointing was being unable to make cardiac monitor appt before the order expired. Still have not been able to get an appointment!

I was very pleased with how quick Dr. Brownell realized what the problem was.

I hope Dr. Brownell continues to be my PCP. I've been going to this clinic for 25 years, since it was in a very small office on Arcadian in Waukesha. I've been very happy with everything from Prohealth Care.

Dr. Brownell has been by PCP for 26 years. I trust her completely with my health care. The entire staff is also wonderful. I can't imagine going anywhere else or my health care.

The appointment itself was fine, but I spent more time waiting in the room to see Dr. Brownell than the entire appt. lasted.

Dr. B is great at listening. I have been seeing her for 30 years. My daughter loves her as well.

My husband and I love Dr. Brownell. We have been seeing her for decades.

My only issue was that the receptionist automatically charged my credit card on file for my co-pay. I have more than 1 card on file and she didn't even ask me before charging my card. She ended up charging my regular credit card instead of my FSA card on file. This is wrong!!! I should have been asked before she charged my card and then I would have told her which card to charge.
