Dr. Brownell is always helpful and accommodating. Have used her over 35 years and has always been outstanding.

My last visit after the doctor was finished, the nurse forgot I was in the room. I finally went out to the desk and got my paperwork.

Regarding if anyone followed up after my visit. Not with a phone call but with remarks in MyChart. This is why I gave a 9 instead of a 10.

I see Dr Brownell about every three to six months and she is always helpful to any of my medical conditions. She's been my doctor for roughly twenty years. I trust her completely and I am not looking forward to ever having to find another doctor if she would retire.

Dr. Brownell, as always, was a great listener, patient, understanding, caring, etc.She is the best doctor.

Dr. Brownell is an excellent doctor for routine visits and when my insurance changed recently, her staff got my prescription medications changed over quickly. In the past, however I have not been able to get appts. for immediate needs (i.e., chronic UTI's.)

I checked MY CHART for results of blood work and Dr. Brownell's comments on the results. As a result, I did not call the office for results.
