The new scheduling service used by Prohealth Is very difficult to work with. It was obvious that I was speaking to a scripted person who was not familiar with the New Berlin location and unable to answer why I was receiving a text for a follow up and what the follow up was specifically for. I have several upcoming annual appts I needed to schedule and this new service was unable to answer my questions much less get a message to my provider or her team. Very disappointed with this new change to a scripted scheduling service that was not familiar with the New Berlin clinic.

Dr. Buchberger saw my blood pressure had been high this year and at my last appointment. She carefully re-checked it and held my arm up, heart level. I told her I panic when the blood pressure cuff gets super tight. So, she was careful not to pump the cuff up tighter than necessary. The result was a much lower however still high reading. Next she asked me to just talk to her about what I've been up to. I talked for a few min. And then she gave me a 3rd test. Again it came down. Now she said, you do not need blood pressure medicine, but we will continue to keep an eye on this.

Dr Buchberger is the best

Dr. Buchberger I highly recommend her her. She's very thorough.

Dr. Jessica Buchberger is AMAZING she listens so well is compassionate understanding, sympathetic, and takes action. Her concern for me was if I was family. She is fantastic and I've shared her name with so many people.

Felt like my concerns were not listened to and honestly, it felt a little like medical gaslighting

I used MyChart to schedule the appointment. Appreciated the prompt response from the provider. Overall, I'm please with this provider over the last, several years.

Doctor is caring , thorough and excellent in explaining the plan of treatment and expectations. Definitely my primary physician!
