I'm disappointed in how impersonal it has become just to talk to an actual member of the office. The VIRTUAL ASSISTANT, and the off site schedulers that do not even work with the staff, is not what I would expect when calling for appt or to ask my physician a question. REAL PEOPLE ARE THE BEST PEOPLE

Dr. B was very receptive to my concerns and did Jordan hesitate to order the additional blood tests I mentioned after reading about them in an article my husband shared with me.
