From the front desk to my doctor to the blood draw, I had a great experience! This was my first visit with this doctor, and I was so happy with her. She had answers for any questions I had, and she was so genuinely concerned with my overall health. Instead of pushing me off on specialists, she took charge giving me options on how I should approach my health. It was very refreshing to have someone looking out for me! Thanks!

I appreciated that Dr Buchberger asked me to consider my options instead of telling me what I should do :)

This was the first time I saw this doctor as my former doctor retired. I was very happy with the visit.

Dr Jessica was very helpful, and even referred me to another doctors office that specialized in the care that I was seeking.

Dr. Buchberger is the worst doctor I have ever seen. She did not listen to anything I had to say and complained the entire time she was in there with me. I also told her I was not interested in the COVID-19 vaccine as I personally do not feel comfortable with it as it is still too new and she didn't care and gave me a lecture on it and tried pushing me to get it, talk about disrespectful. I will never see this doctor again nor with anyone I know, really lowers the facility with her being there.

There is a reason I am sticking with Dr. Buchberger as my family physician.

Dr. B is quick and efficient and truly helped me lose the weight I need to, something no other doctor has helped with before. She's fantastic and I hope to continue to see her for a long time.

I know that Pro Health wants me to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time of my appointment and I did, but in this case I sat in the waiting area for almost 30 minutes before I was taken into a room and then waited almost 10 minutes for the doctor to come in. In the future, I don't plan on arriving any more than 5 minutes early - my time is valuable too.

I've only seen this provider a handful of times. But I'm not coming back to her. I feel that I present with certain symptoms and every aspect is not explored. I always leave feeling like nothing was accomplished and I would've been better off going to the hospital. In the past results to labs haven't even been discussed with me. I hate it there!

Very educated and knowledgeable. I appreciate her thought process and explanations.

The Medical Assistant was more pleasant than previously and engaged in conversation. She was enjoyable! I appreciated that.

I felt the doctor needed to understand that people are not machines and its not a one size fits all. I have a history of sinus infections. Therefore I have tried along with my primary care doctor different remedies. When I informed the Dr. A 7 day supply of antibiotics doesn't work for me. We usually go with the ten day. But she was insistent that was the new guide lines. However as I stated earlier one size doesn't fit all. And I informed her I would probably be back as that treatment didn't work for me. I guess what I'm trying to say is I know my body better than she does. But was unwilling to listen. On a side note the question on your education level is somewhat insulting. What does your education level have to do with how you were treated by the doctor?

The nursing assistant who took me in the exam room was unprofessional. Literally belched in front of me and used her foot to close a drawer. Had to ask what my blood press was. Mumbled and did not look me in the eyes. Was surprised at all of this.
