The nurse didn't record my weight correctly, it was about 20 lbs above what the scale said. She also asked my height instead of measuring it herself.

I don't want to be asked about the COVID vaccine and be judged for not getting it. I felt like I was asked multiple questions and told multiple times about the COVID vaccine when I clearly stated that I did not want to get it. I felt like I wasn't being listened to.

The receptionist & nurse were excellent but I was not real happy with the medical doctor, granted this is not my normal provider but even though she was not terrible I did feel that she seemed rushed & did not explain things. I also felt I had to ask all the questions & I felt like I was a bother to her even though I did not take a lot of her time.

Dr. Buchberger was great. She took time to listen to my concerns and we came up with a plan together.

My primary care doctor retired from prohealth care. This appointment was too establish a new primary care doctor. During the interim I had issues that needed resolving and I felt that no one was able to assist me due to the fact that my primary care doctor retired and I hadn't yet established care with the new doctor. It took longer than expected to set an appointment for a new patient even though I was still within the pro health care system. Even though my records are all with ProHealth Care I feel like I'm starting over with all of my medical history and issues

Dr. Buchberger was kind and direct with my health issues. She laid out a plan and discussed it with me and I was very pleased with her direct approach. Her assessment of my injury was spot on and very helpful. I would see her again - I felt well cared for.

I felt like this provider made me feel bad for taking mental health medication that I have been taking and managing for over 15 years.

Dr. Buchberger is the kindest And most emphatic doctor I have ever met.

This provider performed a minimal physical assessment, which is what I was there for. Several days later, I called and asked to speak with an office manager whom they referred to as a "team lead." That person wasn't available and didn't have a direct line but they were going to call me back. No call. Not only was I disappointed by the subpar assessment I received, but also the lack of follow up.

I love Dr. Buchberger and the whole staff at Pro Healthcare. Everyone is so friendly, and it puts me at ease when I am stressed about a medical issue. Dr. Buchberger makes me feel very comfortable, and always listens and provides solutions. She's honest with me, always in a kind and respectful way. I will never see another doctor besides her.

I had to switch primary docs because mine left the practice. When I called to get my adderall they sent it to the new doc instead of the person covering for my previous doc. Obviously the new doc would not fill without seeing me. This caused a delay in me getting and having my medication for several days.

My provider was pushing me to get the covid-19 vaccines despite my concerns. She still wanted me to get it, but my concerns were not addressed.
