She did a great job explaining things to me and walked me through the steps. She answered all my questions and put in a referral for additional questions. She also indicated I could message her in MyChart should I have questions or need additional testing after this referral. Overall great experience.

I underwent allergy testing at this clinic and was informed that I am allergic to dogs, but not cats. This result contradicts my personal experiences. I am concerned that the test panel may have been set up incorrectly by the provider, which raises questions about the overall accuracy of the results.
