This was my 2nd visit I think it went a lot better than my first. My first visit was clinical I think my concerns were not met. This second went much better he heard my concerns and dealt with it professionally which I appreciate I would definitely go back to him. I discussed my concerns with the nurse she proceeded to get defensive and cold. I apologized for being direct but she passed It off as a confrontational patient. I'm glad he's the doctor.

This experience with Dr Casas was much better than previous ones. I am a newer patient and came from Aurora where I had a long time Dr who I just loved. My insurance switched and I came to Pro Health. Dr. Casas was flat and showed little bedside manner when I started with him. I noticed at this last apt he was much more personable and made an effort to chat and get to know me. It definitely was better which reassured me to stay put rather than finding a new clinic. As we age, it it's important to me to have a dr that is kind, connects and shows empathy.

The administration folks, nurses and doctors at ProHealth Oconomowoc are great at what they do and always are kind, courteous and patient during our contact.

The kiosks were down and that made for some congestion. But the staff did great job of getting everyone through.

Dr Casas carefully reviewed my medications recent blood work and test results, listened to my heart and lungs , and addressed my concerns about my forthcoming osteoporosis gave me sound advice regarding my forthcoming therapy for osteoporoses. Hiis advice Is very much appreciated.

Dr. Casas is a highly intelligent physician with an absolutely amazing bedside manner. He addresses all problems and concerns. I can tell that he truly cares about my health and well-being. I thank God for his care.

I was thankful that I was able to get in within hours of my call and was taken back to the nurse actually before my appointment time!

As provider, should ask about costs to the patient. Labs out of pocket were close to $500. Some prescriptions are also very expensive. Are their alternative paths, tests, drugs that would be less costly? I think the provider should at least be aware of the cost of the recommendations.

Dr. Casas was very professional, went over all my health issues, surgeries and medications. Very pleased to have him as my new doctor.

It would be nice to see your physician when you need him instead of urgent care booked out to far no emergency openings.

Dr. Casas is the best doctor I have seen at Pro Health. He pays attention to what you say and how you feel.
