Im so glad the nurse Casas, confirmed my date of birth after entering the exam room. It's a very important step to ensure she's documentating in the correct chart, but I believe it gets skipped way too often.

Dr Casas always takes time to allow questions and provide thorough exam. He calls me with test results and actually personally called me to schedule this last appointment.

After my physical appointment I had blood work done right after my visit. I waited 42 minutes for a lab technician, only to find out that you have to re-enter your information in the kiosk. I thought I was registered for my lab work and not having to worry about that dumb kiosk. Very frustrating. We need to keep with human interaction and not just relying on AI and computer systems.

Early in the appointment dr asked if I wanted a flu or vaccine shot - told him no. Close to the end of the appointment he mentioned letting him know if I changed my mind. All I said was - I'm not doing that.
