I very much dislike the practice of incorrect documentation that is regularly in use here. This is second time I have been accused of not following orders because the office never told me. Twice now, I have asked them to check their files, and they find a note stating that someone had just spoke with me, when my phone hadn't even rung.This seems like a problem waiting to happen, but both times I explained they were mistaken, they just ignored it.

This was an initial consultation after a referral to Dr. Chaudhari for treatment of A Fib. He was knowledgeable about my medical history, explained potential treatment options going forward along with the potential risks. He answered all my questions and took the time to ensure I understood the details of his treatment proposals.

This office - reception very bad at returning calls, called 3 times for call back, never called back, terrible at getting answers to questions.

Very thorough doctor and his team. Nurses on all 3 shifts were very helpful and kind on the heart unit floor.

It took nearly a week to schedule my medical procedure. The procedure was then scheduled for 3 months out. Not a good practice.
