This appointment came 2 year after ablation surgery. In this appt. The next step in to see if Afib has been eliminated to see if medicine can be removed and how a Watchman can eliminate issue of blood clogs that causes strokes.

Why must you ask questions not related to the visit/doctor I am being surveyed about ? Plus, I have yet to even be introduced to a receptionist at the Heart Center clinic. I use the kiosk and a nurse calls me in .

When we arrived for the appointment we were told we were not on the schedule. This was to be a followup appointment for my husband's heart ablation. It was listed on the readout sheet from the hospital when my husband was discharged after his procedure.Somehow it was rescheduled but we were not notified of the change. They did squeeze us in so my husband was able to see the Dr. We had to wait an extra hour before we were able to meet with him.
