Philosophy of care

"As a dermatologist, I really enjoy helping patients optimize their skin to reach its fullest potential. Whether we are working together to treat their skin cancer, acne or any other skin condition, my primary goal is to ensure they understand their condition and all of the available treatment options before deciding on the best course for care. I strive to combine high quality, evidence-based medicine with compassionate, patient-centered care to help each patient feel comfortable and achieve their desired results."

Dr. Ciriacks is married and has five children (and a dog). He enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, especially camping, fishing and hiking. He is a sports enthusiast and devoted fan of the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks and Marquette Golden Eagles.

Dr Ciriacks is always very thorough with my follow-exams for skin cancer screenings (which is what I see him for annually). He addresses all my concerns, and treats me with dignity & respect.

Dr. Ciriacks was very pleasant and professional. I felt he was thorough with his questioning and examination of my skin issues, and gave me good information about the findings and treatment going forward. I felt very well cared for and left the office with a sense of relief. Very grateful for such excellent care!

I waited over 1/2 hour in the waiting room. I had an APPT! Doesn't that count for anything? If I was 1/2 hour late in getting to the appt, I would never be seen. Why is there a double standard for the doc??? This happens all the time at this location with whatever doc I'm seeing.

Dr Ciriacks is a wonderful, caring person and doctor. He is always kind and respectful and gently answers all of my questions and concerns. I never feel rushed or embarrassed. His nurse, Laurie, is kind and easy to talk to also.

This was the only dermatologist I've ever seen. He was recommended by my wife who also had a good experience with him. So, I've no real point of comparison to judge his observational diagnostic skills, but both my wife and I have trust he'd recognized anything potentially pre-cancerous. Overall, very professional and I'd recommend him to others.

Only comment was the wait times. There is a sign in the waiting room that said to ask the reception area is you have been waiting over 15 minutes over your scheduled time. Several people kept going up and asking about delays. The reception area seemed put out by the extra questions and didn't have good responses. Frustrated those waiting.
