I saw this provider for a pre-surgery check but she isn't my usual provider.

SHe asked that I record my blood pressure 2 times a day for the next 5 days, which I did. She also set it up for me to have an echocardiogram and a heart monitor. She knew I have always had low blood pressure and this sudden increase has me worried.

I was told to get a meningitis vax and I don't believe I was completely informed about the after side effects of it and was caught off-guard when it made me very sick and in a lot of pain.

I walked in to your "Urgent Care" ProHealth in Pewaukee. Checked and sat there for over 45 minutes! This is not Urgent Care in my opinion- this is We'll get around to you sometime in the future Care"! How do people make an appointment for Urgent Care? Do they know when they are gonna twist an ankle or hit their head? Piss poor system!

Primary care doctor referred to Collins to get me in for my leg hurting right away and X-rays and referred me to Orthopedics of Wisc. They think stress fracture.
