I have had very good experiences at Prohealth. I find the medical staff well informed and compassionate.

I walked in to your "Urgent Care" ProHealth in Pewaukee. Checked and sat there for over 45 minutes! This is not Urgent Care in my opinion- this is We'll get around to you sometime in the future Care"! How do people make an appointment for Urgent Care? Do they know when they are gonna twist an ankle or hit their head? Piss poor system!

Primary care doctor referred to Collins to get me in for my leg hurting right away and X-rays and referred me to Orthopedics of Wisc. They think stress fracture.

I feel as if my overall care at ProHealth has been outstanding and I further feel that Kirsten Collins is exceptional. Her knowledge and care, plus her caring nature made me feel like I received the best care possible - She is a true gem!!

Appreciate you listening and supporting me during this visit . Left with the knowledge that helped me get better.

First time I saw Kirstin, she was very therough and covered all my issues and all my meds

I saw Kirsten Collins for a pre-op exam, she was a great doctor. Covered all areas for pre-op. Answered all my questions. Explained my medicine dosage for my pre-op. (Would see her again.)

Came in for a physical. Kirsten Collins was attentive, polite, and answered all of my questions. Very professional.

This a pre-operative visit. Was very surprised that I had a shorten version of a cognitive rest similar to those used in a wellness check. Did not like my cognitive abilities brought up as a prerequisite for this surgery, found it to ageism and insulting.

While I appreciated Kirsten Collins' explanation of what she was seeing that brought her to her conclusion, what really meant the world to me was that she listened to me, she heard me, and she came up with a Plan B. In the end, I heard and understood her, she heard and understood me and Plan B was created. That really meant a lot. In the end, I think sh e was 100% right and we probably only needed Plan A, but it felt so good to be heard and to have a back-up plan in place. She demonstrated knowledge, good communication skills, and respect.

Kirsten always listens & gives great care. I love the team of Lenz & Collins!

She was very nice to me respecting my opinions . especially talked in a way that I could understand
