Dr. Cooper is an outstanding physician. My only complaint is that making an appointment anytime soon to see Dr. Cooper, who I prefer to see as he is my PCP, is usually impossible. I make my yearly physical 1 year in advance to make sure I see him when I want. If I need to see him sooner for an issue it has been impossible to see him soon. I would suggest keeping some time slots open for patients who have something come up and need to be seen in a timely manner. This is how it used to be years ago at clinics.

It was a satisfying visit with questions answered and confidence in how I was doing, and worries allayed. The doctor's explanation of the tests and test results was good and easy to understand.

Dr. Cooper fixated on details of my medical history that were not pertinent to the current issue. My history of melanoma has little if anything to do with a possible hernia. He dismissed my symptoms as a muscle strain solely based on the fact that the pain worsened during exercise. He did not listen to the type of pain or any of the other symptoms. He stated if it was anything else, he wouldn't know what and I would need to see a specialist. I was literally still asking him questions as he walked out the door.
