PHC needs to allow doctores to spend more time with patients. I would also appreciate a more integrated or multidisciplinary approach with related services like PT. MD did not look at my during introduction and never asked if I had questions. Continued to walk toward the door as I was asking my questions. Ordered testing I needed but no education on my condition

I arrived during a tornado warning and was directed to a safe holding area until the all clear and was late for my appointment. When the all clear was sounded I had my appointment right away. It was somewhat hectic but efficient.

I was confused about some aspects of the surgery accomplished by this doctor and met with her to clarify the concerns I had. She did so, and I am now satisfied with a better understanding of what did and did not take place and all the reasons involved.

Both the staff and Dr. Coulter were excellent. I went in having concerns about getting my ingrown toenails removed, but they assured me there is very little pain. They were correct. I should've had this procedure done long ago. I would definitely recommend Dr. Coulter to anyone in need of a Podiatrist. Thank you.
