Dr. Coulter saw me for 30 seconds and billed me $215.00 for a "medical examination." I can understand why people cancel follow-up visits.

I was very pleased with the services surrounding the visit, such as check-in, x-rays before seeing the doctor, and all the staff I encountered. What I was very unhappy with was the sense that I was being "hurried through" by Dr. Coulter. She was very brief in her explanation of my x-ray and condition, as well as the treatment. And there was absolutely no mention of any other treatment options other than the injection she had in mind. Before I even realized it, she was finished with me and out of the exam room. Upon getting to my car after the appointment, I realized that I had not even been able to ask any questions regarding my condition and what the future treatment and outlook could consist of. I have been a nurse for 42 years, and have often heard patients complain about a health care provider that didn't really explain things fully or give them enough time. I just experienced that myself.
