The provider was professional, friendly, and listened to my concerns. I listened to her advice on my further care which I found to be reasonable. She gets a 10 in my book.

I sent my new insurance info to the office after giving it over the phone to the billing dept. I still ended up having to give all my info again at the appointment. And do you allow receptionists to eat at their desk?

My over all experience was very good. Katie comes with care and concern and explains and asks me good questions about my health. We look over all my tests and she is positive and wants the best for me in her suggestions and what is best for my condition.
