Always good experience

I received excellent care from Dr. Dao

Dr Dao always has answers to my questions. He's not afraid to jump in and "take a look". Listened to what my needs were and executed accurately. Good doctor kind manner!

This was my first visit with Dr. Dao. He was warm and made me feel comfortable.

My primary care physician moved on to private corp. care. My visit with this MD was to meet him. I thought he was a pleasant doctor.

It was good. New doctor for me as my previous doctor retired.

Was disappointed I had to wait in the little room 20 minutes

This was my first visit with this provider. My previous provider changed practice location and employer.

1). It was a new doctor visit. 2). Didn't appear to be personally invested on his part. This was quite noticeable as this was different from my experience the past 30 years at this clinic.

Dr. Dao is my new primary doctor, since my previous doctor of many years retired from this clinic.

Dr. Richard has been a truly positive presence in my life, helping me navigate a difficult phase with care and understanding. Together with his wonderful team, he shows great dedication and compassion, always making the effort to understand my body and health condition. He carefully analyzes my symptoms and test results to determine the best course of treatment, and he thoughtfully adjusts prescriptions to support my progress. I genuinely feel that he is doing his very best to assist me, and I am grateful to feel so well cared for under his guidance.

At my last physical my doctor took me off of statins. I would have thought during this exam that a cholesterol blood test would have been taken to ensure my numbers didn't go In the wrong direction.

My physical included a "meet and greet" with Dr. Dao. I felt very comfortable with him, he listened to me and addressed my questions and concerns and provided valuable health information. I feel good about having Dr. Dao as my caregiver going forward.
