Dr. Dao always makes time for questions or concerns I have. I have trauma history in other medical settings and Dr. Dao helps me feel comfortable.

I like my doctors for the most part. I have issues with ProHealth however. I feel ProHealth does not allow their doctors to do their best work. Every doctor should have time to return calls or go through all information during an office visit. I should be able to call my doctors office and see my doctor when I am ill...right now I am pushed off to urgent care to see a doctor that knows nothing about me. ProHealth ALWAYS makes time for any appointment that is just a medicine check type of appointment (or medicare covered appointments)...it is how they make more money. So I don't think proHealth cares about me...or their doctors...I feel like I'm filling a quota or they just see me as a way to make money. Doctors should be growing and researching along with seeing patients so the patient is comfortable knowing they are getting the best care. Unfortunately that is not how ProHealth currently works. I would try very hard to never have a procedure done at a ProHealth Hospital...to many people die there. I feel that they don't have the best doctors on staff I want a great doctor on my team, someone who cares about my health and healing and continues to lead in his field. I don't believe that can be done at ProHealth.

Additional test was ordered and wait is 11 daysThis is very poor when condition needs to be determined ASAP

I have tinnitus problems now louder the noise that does not let me sleep all night, I present days ago a small pain in the middle ear as if it were inflamed and itchy, I had the expectation that Dr Dao would ask me for evaluation by an otolaryngologist and neurologist for the noise that does not let me sleep; but he did not.

Dr Dao is an excellent doctor who is very helpful. He takes the time to fully explain treatment options and alternatives.

Dr. Dao is exceptional. He is thorough and efficient in my appointments while still managing to be kind and sympathetic - it's the perfect balance of knowledgeable, caring and effective. He lives in the further question when it comes to undiagnosed issues, advises me on probabilities and is considerate enough to remind me that further investigation will cost. I feel lucky to be his patient.

Dr. Dao is a caring health provider and is easy to understand and relate to. I actually enjoy my visits with my doctor now!

Never understand why lab work not ordered before appointment so results can be discussed.
