I needed a follow up phone call to my appointment and the schedulers were scheduling out 5 months. So the nurse spoke with Dr. Davies and she made room In her schedule for me. so now I have an appointment nest week for a quick phone call.

Your current call center. Customer service. People are horrible, very rude. Don't want to help you. I cannot believe the service. I got from that call center. You really need to check them people. Because this is the first time I've ever had horrible customer service. In your call center.
