The time I spent with Dr was limited as a med student was with me quite a while, with my consent. I think asking if this is OK is great and is appreciated. I have responded Booth ways in the past

Dr Davies & her team are simply the best. Full stop. They have always made me feel better simply by being who they are. Very compassionate & caring is only the beginning.

Dr Davies is very knowledgeable skilled attentive respectful. I trust her implicitly with my health and medical needs. She has my eternal gratitude for how she has skillfully, compassionately and literally saved my husband's life on at least three occasions as well.

Sad that there are specific medical procedures that can no longer be done at clinic. For example, fluid infusion because of of respiratory issues and fatigue and chills and fever for a week would have been helpful. The only way to do an infusion and all the lab work and testing would be to go to an ER. However , I already felt poorly and dizzy, and weak and driving elsewhere was overwhelming. So I was not able to receive all the medical care Dr Beth recommended bc of I'll-feeling and having to drive elsewhere to the hospital and wait with the 8/9 people ahead of me. Instead Dr Beth worked out an alternative plan to do tests at the clinic and go home without fluids and address dehydration and cough another way. Thank goodness Dr Beth is patient with me. I am also grateful Inwas able to have the appt schedules through the clinic because it is too cumbersome calling-in through the call center when you do not feel well. There are too many questions and steps to get to the actual clinic when your sick, the call center only adds another layer off not- needed frustration . Having to update and go through the entire events leading up to the request to see your doctor is enough to cause a heart attack. It is a terrible process. I try as best I can to use email and feel badly that I have to bother my treatment team. However they provide excellent response and explanation or a schedule adjustment. The call center is simply an added annoyances that should be unnecessary when you feel unwell. I avoid contacting the doctor at times because I do NOT want to deal with call center staff about all the details, be put on hold while staff see if you're "telling the truth", and then again if they as staff determine you can be put through to someone at the clinic. Sadly, the call center delays access to quality heath care. The clinic itself is sufficient and pleasant at front desk if you are fortunate to interact with a long term staff at front desk. The new staff at urgent care / front desk are horrible. Perhaps more training on providing compassionate care to line workers may help.Thank goodness Dr Davies has a strong team, efficient, knowledgeable, compassionate and always quick to respond and be helpful in a timely manner.

I always feel taken care of when I have an appointment with Dr Davies and her nurses. Nice the you have a great lab and xray services right there. The lab person is always great. Always gets blood on the first stick and so nice.

Absolutely hate the check in kiosks installed in the office. Could not possibly be more cold and impersonal in a place where care should be nothing but warm and personal by another human being!
