this was my first visit with Liz. When I have to see a nurse instead of my physician I absolutely would prefer to see Liz. She was professional, friendly, easy to communicate with and thorough. I was very much at ease with her which made it easier to communicate my questions/concerns.

I was very thankful that I could do a virtual appointment! There is no way I could have made it to the office on time. The staff was very kind and helpful!

This was my first virtual appointment. It went very well - especially since I had a cough and fever, I was glad I didn't have to come into the office.

This was a first-time virtual visit for me. I was in the waiting room prior to my time with her, but don't feel that the wait was exceptionally long. She answered my questions, was very friendly and helpful and didn't make me feel like she was rushing through our time together to get to the next appointment. I appreciated that very much and really liked her approach.

The provider I saw was incredible. I will continue to ask for her in the future. This has been the best visit I have ever had with Prohealth care

I find that virtual appointments do not make up for physical visits, to much can be missed. Very impersonal and incomplete. No vitals being g checked, etc. I think it's ridiculous to put an older person through setting up the video chat as it was very difficult for my young daughter. Someone who is really sick who has to spend over an hour trying to set up and download an app to connect with a doctor and then waiting 45 minutes while the app kept disconnecting is the most frustrating thing. The reason we have doctors is to go to them when we get sick. Doctors have made that decision when they went to med school.

Nothing important to add. My regular dr. was on maternity leave so that's why I saw Elizabeth DeMeyer who was very good.

My 1st experience with Elizabeth DeMeyer & it was nice to put a face to the name on my prescriptions. She handled my concerns professionally & I left feeling confident in my treatment.
