I always have an excellent experience with all my Pro Health Care doctors and nurses. I have my questions answered; they listen to me; and I am treated with respect.

Love this group. Dr. Elizabeth and Nurse Shauna. They're the BEST!

I felt that I was listened to and all my questions were answered. I never felt like I was being rushed which is always a plus for me.

Elizabeth DeMeyer explained some things to me regarding my kidneys that my other providers had ever explained to me. She was thorough and very great to deal with.

Good. Clerk forgot about height, so we took it! Also need to know weight and it was taken with shoes on!

I LOVE Dr. DeMeyer more than any physician I have seen or dealt with ever.

The provider ordered labs following the visit. I waited over 15 minutes and then went to reception. They contacted the lab and the orders hadn't been sent over. Once received the lab drew my blood. This has happened in the past and seems to be a problem that needs to be addressed...getting lab orders sent to the lab when the patient is waiting.

Liz DeMeyer was excellent! She really was interested in me and my health. She was not in a hurry to get through the exam. Her comments and advice showed true care about me. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and provided excellent care.

It was a good overall experience and all of my concerns were addressed.
