The reception ladies aren't as welcoming as they used to be. There were 4 of them trying to avoid looking at me while I stood waiting for someone to acknowledge me. It's like a game of chicken....who's going to give in first? Finally, though none appear to be doing anything, one relents and acknowledges me and registers me

This was an urgent visit for a continuing condition. I had been to Urgent Care twice & ER once in the past two weeks. This was the first time I saw Dr. Demi. She spent about 40 minutes with me in assessing the condition. She ordered labs & called me personally with results. What more could one want?
