I am my mother's caregiver and filled out this survey. I attended the appointment with her, and I was highly impressed with Lucas.

I have seen Lucas before and I always find him very knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional. Lucas gave me a suggestion that has helped with my sleepiness and that is much better.

Excellent visit

My visit was great. Lucas Ebert was patient and listened to all of my issues and addressed each one in a positive manner. He was encouraging and easy to talk to. He is great and I specifically ask for him whenever I have an issue. I hope he never leaves this office!!! Can't thank him enough for his patient, caring demeanor and supportive tone!

Great experience overall

Everything went well. Don't understand why I needed a pre surgery exam for my procedure.

Lucas was very thorough, thoughtfully addressing all of my concerns. He is very empathetic, compassionate and shows genuine care for his patients.

I showed the provider my concerns about bruising, and he consulted the doctor, and the doctor gave me an answer.

Lucas is a PA to my General Practitioner. I haven't seen him for years, but he remembered me. This was a follow-up visit from a trip to the ER a few days before. He came into the room completely prepared of the situation because he had read the report from the ER. He was SO compassionate and concerned about continued my issues. I was SO IMPRESSED with how he asked me so many questions. He LISTENED intensely and came up with several ideas of which he then followed up with ordering bloodwork, more tests, Including an Endoscopy from my Gastroenterologist. He also changed one of my medications and added another. He gave me advice on what I need to do going forward. I felt very assured that he was concerned about my well-being and bettering my health. I would definitely recommend him!! He was better than the ER Physician that I saw.

My dad has Alzheimer's and is going to assisted living soon and needed to see his doctor as a condition. By luck we saw Lucas Ebert. He has a wonderful bedside manner and I amy myself taking steps to change my own provider so I can see Lucas a a patient. He is an absolute gem in personality & knowledge.

Lucas is incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable.I have the utmost respect for him, and trust him explicitly. He works with me on a plan for my immediate care as well as the future. Excellent listener and very intelligent.I believe he is a huge asset to the Prohealth care team.
