Lucas Ebert, PA

First nurse that was with me was really rude. She wanted a date for when my symptoms began and I explained that I wasn't sure how to answer because I had been sick a month ago and I wasn't quite sure that it completely cleared up, so I didn't know If I should give a time for way back then or how to determine what timeframe to give her and she rudely said "well I need to put something in" I was surprised because I had JUST explained that I was unsure how to answer and it felt like she wasn't listening to me at all. I asked for a different nurse multiple times, before she finally said "fine by me" and exited the room. The next nurse was great, and so was the provider.

The PA Lucas Ebert was very compassionate and knowledgeable and made it easy for me to talk about a very uncomfortable medical issue

I was in a lot of pain with a swollen ankle. I was able to get in to see Lucas within an hour. Lucas did a thorough exam and determined it was gout. He told me to call him back in 3 days to see how I was doing. By that point I was feeling good, swelling was down in the ankle and I could once again wear my shoes! It was a very good experience with Lucas!

Lucas is the best! He is a pleasure to see and talk to and genuinely cares about my well being.
