There was no directions on where to go and this was a new provider to me. It would have been very helpful if on MyChart along with precheck in questions there would be instructions on how to find her office, like what door to enter and what floor. The check in over kiosk was new to me, I had no idea how to check in and I almost left and went home but an employee saw me and helped me use the kiosk.The only other thing I didn't care for was the doctor mentioned in her notes that I didn't fast for labs and she mentioned what I ate on my chart when it wasn't even known she would want fasting labs and my appointment was close to noon. It could have just been stated that labs were ordered because the way it was phrased made it sound like I was not compliant.

Dr. E truly cares about her patients. She listens to my concerns, she answers all my questions in a way I can understand. She explains what tests are required and why. She has amazing bedside manners, she is professional while approachable. She explains things very thoughtfully, but in a way I can understand. She always responds quickly. I am very grateful to have Dr. E as my PCP.
