A blood test was requested as soon as my visit was completed and I had to wait for over 20 minutes before the phlebotomist was available.However, this was a one time experience. They have always been expedient in the past

Dr. Ron Fickle is by far the best PCP I've had the good fortune to work with! He's kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, concerned, has no ego, is invested in my health, and never rushes my appointment. He takes time to understand my questions and works through solutions with me. I hope he never retires! In the meantime, some of the other PCPs could learn from him.
