My provider and the staff have been consistently good for the many years I've gone to the facility.

You did not ask if I used my chart and message the docs office with questions

The only problem I have with ProHealth is confusing billing.

I just want to state that I had questions for Dr Frost and used My Chart. I received a response from his nurse in a very timely manner, and it was suggested that I come in to see Dr Frost as there were several issues that he needed to address. This extra step to ensure that I got the attention necessary was so very much appreciated. Dr Frost always gives me the best advice and listens to all my questions and concerns. I have recommended him to friends and I know that some have taken me up on going to see him and feel the same way. His attention and serious medical knowledge makes for great care.

I always have a very good experience whenever I visit my doctor's clinic. Everyone, the receptionists, nurses, lab workers, and doctor are top notch and are always fun to talk to while being very professional.I have no plans to ever go anywhere else.

Good experience

My experience has been very good all the time. I have chronic medical conditions and I've been seeing them for years. If I wasn't satisfied I wouldn't stay there.

I would like to know the side effects to the prescriptions that I am taking. Not just the good but also the bad side effects.

In general I was treated with much respect and professionalism from the Dr. and his team.

My previous doctor retired from seeing patients, so I had to switch doctors. I was nervous about it, but Dr Frost put me at ease immediately. I was very impressed with his professionalism and personality, and came away feeling much better about the change.
