My role is to provide education, prevent and treat illness, and treat each patient with empathy and respect. I have been going to Pro Health for many procedures, check ups, and follow ups since August. I have had nothing but positive interactions with all the staff. I did have a negative encounter with my nurse before seeing Dr. Garcia, very disappointing interaction.

The person that took me from the waiting room to exam room had absolutely no personality. I did not feel very important to him. No smile, no asking me how I was doing, etc..
