Waited 20 minutes for Dr to get to the clinic. We can barely understand her.

The doctor was very friendly and took a lot of time with us, much more than other facilities we've been too.

Our regular pediatrician left so this was the only provider available. Very nice woman but extremely hard to understand and her answers to my questions/concerns were not clear. I left with the same questions I came in with, overall it was not a productive visit. I felt coldness from the provider with a decision I made about a particular vaccine and the appointment was very short. We wanted to give the other pediatrician at ProHealth a chance but after that check up appointment we are continuing care elsewhere.

When I explained how a test was previously performed for the same illness, the Doctor argued with me and turned her computer screen to show me how it had been documented in Epic. Regardless of the past documentation, I was at the appointment and remember clearly what occurred. I want my children's doctor to listen to me and believe what I am telling them.

Visit was great in accomplishing the reason for the visit. Dr. Had great interaction with my infant son, my issue was when I asked a question regarding a food allergy. The initial response was not the answer I would have anticipated and left me confused and off put. As a first time parent, any small comment carries significant weight so I would not reccomend this doctor to other first time parents.

Dr Rita G is an amazing doctor. I would recommend her to any parent looking for a great pediatrician.
