Philosophy of care

“My goal is to build lasting relationships with patients and their families by taking a compassionate, whole-person approach to care. I strive to support both physical and mental well-being, recognizing that every patient’s health journey is unique. I aim to be a trusted resource and partner, empowering patients with the knowledge and guidance they need to make informed decisions about their care.”

Dr. Grove is a resident physician - a doctor who has graduated from medical school and is working in a medical setting while obtaining advanced education and training.

Hobbies and Personal Interests

Dr. Grove loves staying active and spending time outdoors, especially exploring Minnesota’s state parks and the North Shore. Fitness is a big part of his life as well—he enjoys both weightlifting and running and has completed four marathons while in medical school. He also likes to spend time at home with his partner and their two cats, tackling household projects and playing card games together. A self-described book nerd, Dr. Grove has read all of Dostoevsky’s works and the entire Dune series. Fun fact: before medical school, he spent six years conducting dinosaur and paleontology research in Montana and Wyoming.
