Kristin Hamm. Is very good. My doctor left and they have not replaced her yet. So Kristin did my annual checkup. I think she is as good as any Doc. She is very knowledgeable and I feel very well taken care of with her!

I had a very hard time understanding the receptionist when making the appointment.

Excellent. Took the time to listen to me and to to explain everything in detail and was very honest with my situation. Which I felt was RARE Since I had lost all hope in the medical field years ago. It was refreshing to actually experience someone who actually cared. I love my doctor and everyone who is associated with Pro Healthcare. Pro Healthcare is A++++ everyone who works there loves there job and they have compassion for eash and everyone who comes in for care. The experience has renewed my faith in the health care system.

HI strained, pulled or bruised a muscle in my lower back. The pain was excruciating. I slept on a couch for two nights prior and I couldn't find a position comfortable for sleeping. I finally decided to call ProHealth Care. I couldn't get in to see my Primary Care Physician or a Physician Assistant at my normal clinic, but I was able to get an appointment with Kristen Hamm at the Sunset Drive ProHeallth Urgent Care. I was concerned about nerve damage. Kristin did a couple of manual tests to eliminate a nerve issue. She prescribed a muscle relaxant and steroids (I am on heart medication). I believe I'm on the mend. In the MyChart Summary she also provided some stretching exercises. I wish she had spent a little more time explaining and encouraging stretching as that seems to help. Otherwise, ALL good. Thank you.
