Philosophy of care

“My approach to care has always been to meet patients where they are. Because no two patients are exactly alike, they each deserve individualized attention and care plans based on their unique health status, as well as their goals. I believe this builds trust that positively influences their health. My goal is to promote healthy habits patients can build on over time and carry with them for the rest of their lives."

Kristen Hamm was very professional and pleasant . She was easy to talk with and attentive when either my wife, or I, was responding to Kristen's questions. I would recommend to any of our friends or neighbors.

Dr only came in for 2 minutes saying I need a strep test in order to get medicine to feel better even though I have anxiety about throat swab. Did the test after being held down, and didn't give me medicine to feel better

Front desk staff very friendly. Provider was great. She's not my PCP but had to see her because my dr. wasn't there she was great.

Kristen took the time to listen to me and showed true concern for my issues. She talked through all of the different paths we could go and never pressured me into anything. She is kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. I'm so thankful I found her!

This visit was for post heart surgery followup with my primary physicians office. I saw his nurse practitioner and she was wonderful. She listened to us and if it was something she couldn't answer be cause it was so.ething the cardinal team should answer, she told us.

Just an fyi. In my file there was a notation that she listened to my chest/ heart. This didn't happen.
