Calling for an appointment was AWFULL! First I'd rather speak to a person, not AI. Also it would be nice to be able to UNDERSTAND that person. Very disappointed calling there for an appointment. Hopefully I never have something seriously wrong and need answers. Your AI or your person would never get it right.

Andrina and her nurse were very kind and caring. I was able to get an appointment the same day that I called, and I was so thankful that it was Andrina that I would be seeing. I've seen her in the past an always have had a good experience. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and I never feel rushed. She listened and asked questions to make sure she understood my concerns, then explained very clearly the next steps to take. Thank you so much for the wonderful service you provide!

My visit went very well. Andriana was very helpful in getting my amount of pain I had reduced in the best possible way talking my other meds I was on into consideration. The meds worked very well for the amount of pain I was in. I highly recommend her as a health care provider.
