Ms. Harris was wonderful. I visited the office for a pre surgical screening and her professionalism and expertise was comforting and helpful. My only negative experience was with the women who made my appointment via my phone call. She was rude and short. I also did not appreciate her having another conversation with an employee without putting me on hold.

At this time Pro-Health provides for all my needs.

I had to have some sutures removed from an accident occurring the week before. Jillian did the removal very nicely with no pain involved. This was my first time seeing her and I was very happy how everything went with my visit.

I went in with a full left ear and ear pain, swollen lymph node in my mouth and a sore throat. I had been seen by ProHealth urgent care four days prior and took a strep test that was negative. A nurse interrupted the nurse who was taking my information and abruptly said that my provider wanted me to have a Covid and Flu test since I refused them before. There was no need to take those tests since I went in with a nasty ear infection and was going to receive antibiotics for it. I now have to pay for two tests that I didn't need! No surprise that I was negative for both! What a waste of money! Pro Health needs to do better for their patients If they want my business!

I was happy with the way the entire process took place. Very polite, respectful and efficient. My vist was not rushed.

Jill is always so great to visit and discuss my needs. She's always so helpful and supportive.
