Philosophy of care

"I believe in taking care of the whole patient by providing individualized care and learning what will work best for their unique needs. Listening is the most important service I can offer because when my patients feel heard, I can more completely take care of their medical issues. As a former collegiate gymnast at Penn State, I use my past experiences to provide quality care to athletes and work with patients to help them through the rehabilitation process."

Dr. Harris took time to listen to my issues and he displayed high professionalism during my visit. I did not feel rushed to explain my issue(s) to him during my appointment.

It was a usual Medicare annual checkup. I enjoyed the chance to talk with the doctor.

Dr. Harris is a nice guy who pays attention to my health but always has a friendly word for me. It is not often that you can share a laugh with a doctor and still know that he is providing top-notch care.

I have been to speak to a doctor when I call with a problem. I am always sent to a phone center, and must make an appointment.The appointments are always the same in that the same tests are performed. When certain conditions are brought up. They are ignored and passed over.The time needed to get an appointment is several months instead of as needed.

Phillip Harris has excellent communication. I generally use my chart to message back and forth. He responds w/in 1-2 business days!
