Dr Harris is excellent physician. His attention to my PSA levels and recommendations led to an early detection of prostate cancer (which because of his early detection has a good prognosis). Thank you Dr Harris for your compassionate and diligent health care.

My doctor spent most of the time typing. He talked about things not as important to me. I had a concern I didn't get a chance to ask him about because we ran out of time. I have something on my skin I wanted him to check. It is important enough I will need to make another appointment. The blood test should have been made before the appointment so I could ask questions instead of after. I need the result explained to me, I'm not formular with the medical terms in the test results.

I needed to visit the lab and if you can not longer check in with a person you should have appropriate signs. I would not have considered myself as a walk in. There is only one machine to check you in and the person sitting at the desk was doing nothing. There was a line to use the machine and an additional one or two machines would have been helpful. After the draw, I was told that I could have walked to the front to check in for the lab and then walk back. This is ridiculous to have me walk to the lab see the line, walk back to the entrance and then check in and walk back. There was enough staff just sitting and not doing anything in the lab that could have accommodated the rush. What if I had a hard time walking or was in pain that day and told this. I expected better from the lab staff. This should be a priority that needs to be addressed
