Philosophy of care

“Life is not easy — everyone experiences stressors that can affect their emotional and mental well-being. My goal is to help patients maximize their strengths to overcome their challenges allowing them to flourish. I want my patients to feel relaxed and comfortable so we can openly discuss their situation. Using a blend of psychotropic medications and recommendations for therapy, I create individualized treatment plans enabling patients to live happier and more satisfying lives."

Dr. Heaton is a great doctor. She is so non-judgmental she listens and makes me feel like she takes in everything I say. She knows what is important to me. I wish she was taking new patients.

I've never had a bad experience with my docs. I only remember having a bad experience in the ER some few years back.

My wife has Alzheimer's so I have to speak for her. Dr. Heaton was running behind and had to leave for another appointment, but we had completed our discussions.
