The biggest problem is the Dr is always late and this last visit I waited in the room 40 minutes then went out to tell them I was leaving and they said they would get ahold of her and she was there aprox five minutes later

Dr Hemauer is an excellent doctor who is very kind considerate and concerned about my condition. She is thorough and very knowledgeable in her field. She takes time to explain and gives me time to talk about my concerns. I'm very happy that she is my doctor.

The nurses in Dr. Hemauer office seem overworked and testy. Twice I was told by Dr. Hemauer that a nurse would re-order my prescription from CVS speciality - NEVER HAPPENED. When I called the office to inform them that I was out of my meds, I was told by the nurse that they were too busy to keep track of each patients meds and that I should order my meds myself.

3 biopsies... results no call from doctor just MyChart results - I should... to re-schedule - could have started chemo... non Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Dr. Hemauer is very caring, professional, understanding, never rushes you, always asks any questions or concerns. I would n have recommended her for a friend that was recently diagnosed with cancer. I am so happy that she is my oncologist.
