Excellent provider. Has called me after 2 weeks in rehab hosp. tos ee how I was doing.

Dr. Herald listens, but doesn't have an engaging personality. When asking me about my medications said well what should we do? I'm confused because he is the doctor but asked me. The appointment was very brief & I felt had no empathy.

It was a virtual visit so none of the questions pertaining to the office support staff were relevant.

Dr. Herald made us feel like he no longer wanted to treat us and was not up front with our other providers.
