This was my first appointment with Dr. Hertler. I could not be happier with how she treated my as a patient and a person.

Searched for this office for approx. 15 minutes, need better signage. (Constructions.)

Dr. Hertler was very professional and considerate. This was my 1st visit with her, but have a follow-up after seeing an audiologist.

Great experience with the appointment just very frustrated with the bill after. The time it said I was with the provider was exceptionally longer than the doctor was there. I waited over a half hour in the room waiting for the doctor and it seems I was still billed for that time which is very unfair. The doctor was actually in with me less than 15 minutes. My bill was extremely higher than I anticipated. Another family member went to have the same thing done and they were never charged an "office" visit and mine was hundreds of dollars. Extremely unhappy about that. Not sure where it is coming from.

This provider was excellent, I wish I had been scheduled with her initially instead of scheduled for a doctor who your organization knew was retiring. I waited for an appointment with him, paid the co-pay and then it was suggested that I establish care with a doctor who wasn't retiring in the next few weeks. I do not appreciate the mismanagement of my time and money. However, none of that is the fault of this (or the retiring) provider. This provider and her staff were careful, concerned, thoughtful and generally great to work with.
