I just don't feel like anything was resolved from this visit. An issue I've had for months is sort of being pushed off as "it is what it is." There was definitely no real resolution.

It was only an ear check. I have a tube & needed to know if it was still intact. Had not been checked in 9 months.

The check in process was confusing. I didn't have anyone greeting me or showing me direction where to check in at first. I had to ask someone and they pushed me off to a receptionist. Signage could've been a little more clear
