Dr. Hertler is an excellent ENT. I would highly recommend her. I could not hear when I walked into her office and I could hear fine when I left.

Doctor clearly explained the near impossibility of curing tinnitus but did explain coping strategies.

Dr. Hertler explained the procedure as she was doing it explaining what she was seeing and or looking for. All was fine and to continue with Pulmonologist. She Is very thorough!

MH was great. Should explain things to me very well. She did a number of tests and determined I did not have a sinus infection or a problem with my septum. She ordered an x-ray and followed up with the results. Very timely.
