I called to schedule a MRI, was told date/time for my MRI. Only to discover apt. was a consultation. Communication of scheduled was awful.

Provider was professional, friendly & very smart talking about my MRI. She referred me to other specialists.

This was a referral from PCP for imaging results. My concerns did not seem "severe" enough for me to have bothered w/her, i.e., no breaks, fractures etc., so was quite dismissive & pushed me off to yet a DIFFERENT specialist. The information she provided was already available to me via MyChart test results. Complete waste of time & money.

Most doctors need more compassion, more patience and listen to the patient! I sometimes feel rushed, like I'm just a number.

She LISTENED to my concerns/symptoms & proposed further tests to better evaluate. Very pleased with the entire experience and the "team/partner" approach to my care. Have finally found a health system responsive to my needs!

Olga was incredibly patient with me as I described my pain and all of my back issues. She was kind and empathetic. She explained things in a way that I could understand including the referral she was making for a pain management specialist. She is an excellent nurse practitioner.
