My appointment with Ms Hughes was excellent.

My overall experience was excellent.

Left home in plenty of time but got caught in traffic jam on E. North Ave That extended from Moorland forward. ? Due to road construction &/or roads closed from flooding from heavy rains prior weekend? I called clinic to let them know I may be a few minutes late & explained situation. Was told by receptionist they have a 10" rule. When I again explained my situation was outside my control with traffic moving at 1-3 m/hr, she again reiterated the 10" rule! With difficulty, I made it with 1 minute to spare & was checked in. Receptionist did not ask about my situation or seem at all concerned. She also did not have a name tag on or any identification. This is not my usual experience with ProHealth Care front line staff. I was quite surprised.

Overall it was a very good experience, she knows her stuff.

I was asked to move the appointment date twice. I finally said no. They were able to work me into the schedule. Apparently neurology is woefully understaffed and badly set up to cover a provider's medical leave. The phone calls badgering me to change appointment dates were really upsetting.

Dr. Huges was VERY kind. This appt was to go over the MRI procedure when I was in the hospital. She explained the images and how everything look good! I liked her very much! Nice to meet her... A Great doctor!

This office and all the doctor's are great and I feel the entire staff is great also.

She said I was doing well and there was no reason for me to see her again

Barbara Hughes is the Dr's PA. She was very thorough and covered every aspect of my condition. She listened to my concerns & answered every question. I recommend her highly.

Dr. Hughes explained my health issues with great clarity and suggested some adjustments to my diet that I am making. She went through my medical history and prior test results and helped me see how I can impact my health.
