Dr. Hughes is working with me on an issue and will continue for several months. Also had a question about a prescription name and the receptionist went back and got the information for me.

Dr. Hughes is very attentive and thorough.

Dr Hughes is an excellent provider. She knows what's going on and listens carefully I love her!

I find it hard to get scheduled on the my chart app or calling the scheduling line! However, whenever I message Dr. Hughes she or her Nurse will respond with 24-48 hours to my questions and concerns! I greatly appreciate her knowledge and recommendations for my health! The receptionists had both open lines but one wasn't calling anyone forward even though there were 3 of us in line. The one receptionist dealt with all of us. Maybe there should be a sign saying open come forward that way it doesn't look like there are 2 people checking people in. Or that other receptionist should maybe be working in another area if it isn't related to checking in clients. Also with there being an urgent care office maybe the receptionists are for different parts of the building but having better signage would be helpful to all! Otherwise it's not very good customer service!

Dr. Hughes is wonderful. She is professional, but also personable and friendly. She is easy to talk to and I feel heard when I talk to her.

Dr Hughes was providing my yearly health check up .. We reviewed the results of my blood tests and all of my results of my coughing referrals and meds and b/p being still up and my low heart rate and slight light headedness on rising and she then adjusted meds and provided follow-up appointment with her nurse in one month
