The patients chairs in the exam room are VERY uncomfortable. Sitting in them for 10 -15 minutes is hard to do.

Dr Husnain and staff are wonderful. They explain, give suggestions and are very polite. They always ask how I am, and listen to my reply. They If I have questions and explain in a way I understand. They had an opening earlier in the day. They called to see if Id rather have the earlier time and I did. Everything was ready when I arrived. Se Husnain and this are are wonderful.

Doctors and there assistant are top of the line. Excellent!. However office staff is rude and condescending. Turnover in this department is Ridiculous. Every tear I need a new provider as the previous one has left ProHealth. Everyone there complains about management and seems no one gets along with ProHealth management. This is not an issue with other departments seems to be with Pulmonary and the staff in the lab. Staff in the lab sit and play with their phones and refuse to assist patients with sign in . You must go to a separate kiosc and reregister yourself. REALLY??? You just come from the doctors office and these people cant look up the orders and enter the Info??? This needs to be changed!
