Philosophy of care

"Family medicine provides the opportunity to build trusting, patient-centered relationships with people of all ages. I want patients to feel comfortable expressing their concerns. I will listen carefully to understand their goals, so I can provide education and help develop individualized plans of care."

Advanced practice nurse practitioner Jansen works on a care team with Lauren Bremberger, MD; Cheryl Serb, MD; and Jennifer Zeman, MD. Together, they address the health concerns of their patients, coordinate medical services and deliver personalized care.

We are now waiting to hear back from them because my insurance had to correct the claim because my left eye sight was damaged even worse after traumatic brain injury and eye doctor stated it would continue to get worse and stated lasik would stop it from being worse.

I would appreciate if the check in team would stop asking to collect a 50 cent co-pay when I don't have any and don't bring my purse to my appts. I provided a letter from my insurance that I don't have a co-pay.
