Philosophy of care

"Family medicine provides the opportunity to build trusting, patient-centered relationships with people of all ages. I want patients to feel comfortable expressing their concerns. I will listen carefully to understand their goals, so I can provide education and help develop individualized plans of care."

Provider did a good job but unfortunately didn't know what is going on with me so gave me a referral to a group with a 3 week wait for an appointment.

I had asked for a hearing test to end an argument that my husband insisted that I couldn't hear ~ btw I have perfect hearing. Then they flushed my ears just to see if any wax would come out. I haven't had that done is 35+ years ~ they were so nice

I was hesitant to see anyone other than my PCP, but Michelle was professional, caring, and she has a wonderful "bedside manner." She was thorough & concerned about my health.
