Philosophy of care

"Family medicine provides the opportunity to build trusting, patient-centered relationships with people of all ages. I want patients to feel comfortable expressing their concerns. I will listen carefully to understand their goals, so I can provide education and help develop individualized plans of care."

I was so incredibly pleased that I was able to get in the same day! I went in with a serious, and somewhat embarrassing issue, and Michelle was patient, understanding, helpful and thorough. She was wonderful! And I am forever greatful for her help and understanding!

Michelle is the best I've seen. I told her that if she becomes a doctor, not to change. She'll spend as much time with you as needed. Some doctors treat us like you're just a number.

For the first time in a long time, I felt like a provider listened to me, it took me seriously, an actually tried to figure out the cause of my symptoms. I couldn't be more happy with how my appointment went. The provider asked me questions that no other provider has asked me, and I feel like it helped find some deficiencies that had been overlooked previously.

The physician's assistant and her student were both very sympathetic and informative. My toe is slowly getting better. Thank You for getting me an appointment right away.

On this visit a nursing student was present. I observed the attending nurse and APNP instruct the student during my ear exam and was impressed with their method of training. Nice to be a part of that.
