Had a difficult time getting an appointment. Because of my symptoms I had to go through triage and she could not get me in within her mandatory two days but offered a strange to me Dr who I refused. Eventually Dr Jick found time for me after hanging up.

Dr. Jick and the staff at ProHealth have been providing excellent care for a number of years. They are responsive and prepared for every visit. Dr. Jick always makes me feel like she is genuinely interested in each patient, not just going thru the motions. Much appreciated.

Every area has been great, EXCEPT for the Customer Relations/Billing office. I have not yet had an good experience w/this very unsure of the laws - very demeaning & rude. I have my insurance co. call - I'm done with it. Sent a collections notice, after many conversations with our insurance co. We signed proper paperwork, as the insurance co. was still working n the bill. ProHealth didn't adhere, and sent it anyway. WEre still in review and are not backing down.

My only concerns are with logging into My Chart! Frustrating!! Needs to be easier

Although Dr. Jick gave thorough instructions for blood work (ie: fasting) and the phlebotomist asked, this information was not recorded on the lab report. I was glad the phlebotomist asked, and Dr. Jick had given instructions, as this had not happened previously. This was my first visit.

Due to repeated interactions where my concerns were met with a dismissive response, I've decided to switch doctors. During my recent visit, the doctor laughed/smirked when I explained my reasoning regarding certain tests, which made me feel uncomfortable and unheard. This was not an isolated incident.I believe patients should feel respected and supported when discussing their health, and this experience did not meet that expectation.

Excellent care !!!!!

I've been a patient of Dr Jick's for a long time. I have some newer symptoms that concern me and as usual she listened & asked questions. She made changes to my medications and ordered blood work that were necessary for my concerns. The outcome was a referral to a Rheumatologist. We discussed a weight loss drug that I wanted to try. She gave me lots to think about, providing the pros/cons. She agreed to prescribed it, but with my new issues, I've decided it's probably not for me. At least for now with possibly new emerging conditions. I trust her and feel I am in good hands. DrJick's nurse is excellent. I can be flustered articulating myself. She also listens and makes me feel comfortable.

I was grateful for getting seen so quickly but there was not enough time to address all of my concerns.

Dr. Jick is an amazing, collaborative and knowledgeable physician. Her patient care is top notch and she listens first and responds with a thoughtful, informed response.
