I got in and out very quickly. My provider provided good information and checked additional concerns.

Dr. Jick was helpful as always and went over the lab results with me. She ordered more lab work for that day which I was able to give at the lab before I left. I don't phone the office, but I use My Chart to ask any medical question I have in between visits. These are always answered promptly.

This experience is good, but I no longer ask my provider questions at my annual exam. It is appalling and bordering on fraudulent to charge a second visit charge for asking a question.

1. Do not put sick people waiting for urgent care in the same waiting area as healthy people. At the VERY LEAST use a partition. I am not exaggerating when I say there were more sick people waiting than healthy. I was there for a wellness visit, meanwhile several people were waiting for urgent care. I'm sure of this because three people were wearing masks, and, I overheard two others talking to receptionist about their symptoms which were illness related, not injuries. 2. My provider's NURSE is NOT at all friendly. The first time I interacted with her, I also thought this, but gave her the benefit of the doubt, chalking it up to her having a bad day. Now that its become a pattern, I'm convinced she does not like her job. Every task seems to be arduous, she doesn't smile, or make small talk, she sighs often.

Excellent provider--so glad I found her.

Electronic check-in for lab was redundant and unnecessary.
