It is alwaay a pleasure going to see Doctor Johnson ansd the staff at pro health

Disappointed that I wasn't told what I can and can't take before eyesurgery. Had to c and c el because u was told my primary was to tell me I had to stop taking zepbound for 7 days before surgery.Because i didn't know I have to reschedule my surgery

I have and had Bad experience using my Medicare card. I first had ProHealth, United Way and I Found out I get a $275 credit coming back from last year. No one informed me of my credit until I was having issues with my new network health insurance. For my primary doctor I have been being charged $45 for Dr. DALE JOHNSON for specialist I had to go into have a correction made but now I have to go back and retrieve one more $45 credit to my account.

I am very pleased seeing Dr. Johnson for my medical needs.

Since switching to pro healthcare from Froedtert, we are thrilled with the way we are treated at the clinic and how easy it is to make appointments with our physician or their PA. Everyone is so friendly and unhelpful.

I was pleased that I was able to get in to see my primary care physician within 24 hours of making the appointment. I did not want to go to urgent care. This visit was outstanding. I was immediately taken for x-rays and blood tests with no wait times. Each technician escorted me to the next exam room and eventually back to the doctor's office. This was a very good experience! Updates using MyChart messaging were also prompt.

Dr Johnson has been my pcp for nearly 41 years and has always provided the best care possible. He has been attentive, responsive and has provided a plethora of knowledge and experience that I have appreciated his decorum for 4 decades . I have never met another doctor that has provided the level of care that he has and he will certainly be missed if he would retire.
