I miss the personal check-in as I watched some people having problems with the kiosk

Dr. Dale Johnson has been my physician for 20 years or more. He's one of the best Dr's. I see. He's always made me feel comfortable. He's very attentive. He's definitely a great physician.

The lab tech was awesome, she was kind with a great bed side attitude. I had an individual assist me at the kiosk upon arrival, which I appreciated. Dr. Johnson's PA is a very kind, understanding, patient young lady and is very respectful. Does not rush you, listens and is attentive.

Overall good and timely everyone very helpful

Best Doctor Ever

All around top notch and professional

After I made the appointment with Dr. Johnson, their office called to see perhaps if I wanted to change the appointment to earlier in the day so that I would be able to go to another appointment in the same building at a near time. This worked out very well for me. I made the appointment for 1/2 hour earlier than the previously one made everyone in the office was very helpful to get me from one place to the other, and to assure me that I would make both appointments.

After my anual check up, I went to the hospital lab (not the one in that facility) to get blood work done and there was garbage on the floor, next to the sofa where I supposed to seat. Some used cotton and swabs. The nurse picked it up before she started. I was not able to report it to someone else because there nurse was by herself. I have been there several times and this was the first time that I saw the room not clean before getting in.
