Great experience! I don't like how ProHealth's charges vary depending on what is discussed. I will appoint for a separate time to discuss problems when they arise never at a "well check."

Dr. Johnson is the best. Always concerned and helpful in my medical issues. Because he is so popular it is hard to get an appt., usually 6 weeks away.

Calling to talk to my nurse is almost impossible . As the front desk receptionists ask so many questions .

My general experience when dealing with ProHealth Care's process for when to check-in, when not to check-in, or having to talk with someone in patient support has been horrible. It is to the point that I avoid using your services unless I have no other choice. My general experience when dealing with ProHealth Care resources has been poor as well. The tender to have a 'cold' demeanor given that they seem to be put on the front line with no authority and leadership doesn't seem to support them. In fact, many have mentioned many time their frustration working with this organization. It is too bad that those in positions of authority never seem to have the guts to actually talk and LISTEN to patients or seem to do anything about things to make them better. It seems this organization Is more focused on 1) the money and 2) covering your butts than prioritizing the patient experience. One personal frustration Is the departments do not seem to ever talk to one another. That being said, I must say that my recent appointment with Dr Johnson I was surprised by the proactive assistance received when checking in on the kiosk, learning I had to go to a person to check-in. This person was initially cold as well but after chatting a while she explained how patient's frequently get frustrated with their experience and how she how poor the environment was. In the end thought, I found her to be surprising caring and helpful. The nurse that met me was also surprisingly engaging and seemed to care but she too as we talked voice frustration working for ProHealth Care and her inability to care for people like she thought she would when getting into the medical profession. Bottom line, I'd suggest ProHealth Care begin to truly care more about their patient's well-being than worrying about money and listening to attorneys about covering your butts. Now, I understand the difficult of doing so given the legal environment these days and some workers lack of commitment to their careers but improvement always starts with leadership and YOU. One once said attitude reflects leadership!!!
