"The first and most important step in evaluating patients is giving them time to tell their story. The best tool I have for treating patients is my ability to listen and understand their histories. It is my responsibility to explain each diagnosis and treatment plan in language that is understandable. By listening and using effective communication, I can provide the best medical care."

Excellent visit - Only challenge is confusion in my MyChart from Froedtert being accessible they have been my main source of care but I'm slowly moving to PHC and it seems my full records aren't accessible.
