"The first and most important step in evaluating patients is giving them time to tell their story. The best tool I have for treating patients is my ability to listen and understand their histories. It is my responsibility to explain each diagnosis and treatment plan in language that is understandable. By listening and using effective communication, I can provide the best medical care."

This was my 1st. Meeting with Dr. Jones. I was very impressed with Dr. Jones. She had read my medical records & was well prepared when she met with me. She explained everything very clearly & the options available for me. She asked very clear questions that were in my best interest.
