This was for a hearing test. She didn't need my medical records.

Test hearing & received tinnitus, hearing aids & tinnitus levels (noise in ears).

This experience was fine once I go there the problem was it took 6 mos to get an appt. & then I got sick & had to reschedule. That took another six months. This was for hearing aids - in the meanwhile, I had to go elsewhere.
