This was for a hearing test. She didn't need my medical records.

This experience was fine once I go there the problem was it took 6 mos to get an appt. & then I got sick & had to reschedule. That took another six months. This was for hearing aids - in the meanwhile, I had to go elsewhere.

I loved Dr. Kim Jones. I followed her from her last practice & highly recommend her. My only complaint was the 6 mo. wait to see her, however, she told me to direct message the team next time.
