Dr Jones was warm, friendly and thorough in he's explanation of what was going on in my lower back. He ordered an MRI to evaluate by upper back and neck and shoulders too, to get a thorough look at what's going on.I got news I didn't want to hear surgery most likely needed after a weight loss journey to reach most needed BMI prior to such a surgery. But his honesty and his familiarity with my medical records for my 1st visit and his ordering further imaging for continued care, totally impressed me and Gives me confidence in proceeding with him.

Very satisfied with this visit, with the information given, and the knowledge and experience of the provider.

Service was fine but there was no valet during times posted that there would be. It is a long walk with no benches in the hallway to get where you need to go. Signage is poor once you leave the lobby. If you have difficulty with mobility, navigating the hallways is a challenge. I had someone with me at this visit so this time it was not a problem.

Dr Jones really listened to me and gave me a lot of advice on different procedures to think on. Would recommend him to anyone.

Considering following up

This was the Specialist and Healthcare group I chose. My primary had referred me to Aurora St Lukes. I was favorably impressed by what information I had read about the Neurosurgeon and Neuroscience Center. My son and Daughter In Law work for ProHealth and suggested that I see Dr Jones ( who was awesome)! All the staff that I interacted with were very professional and friendly! Thanks ProHealth, for a great visit!

There's is nothing to say about this being a bad appointment everything was great

My only complaint is I had to wait almost 45 min. & no one told me he was running late Dr. Jones did apologize.

Dr. Jones' was about 1 hour behind, seemed very uninterested in my symptoms only to say we will get an MRI and start PT. He did look at X-rays and simple reflex exam. Total of HIS time was 10 min. max. I expected more from a specialist.

Discussed developing an updated plan for possible surgical options. Starting with updated MRI and go from there.

Somehow the system needs to let patients and family's know of the parking situation at the hospital. Especially when u are coming for appts , and extra time will be needed !! MAyb a email thruy chart would be helpful !!
