Calling for an appointment at this clinic is horrible. Whoever I talked to was no help. Thank goodness a Triage nurse called me back. I can't imagine anyone older than me going through what I had to to get an appointment to be seen for something I needed asap. Another thing is having my doctor there I can't used the lab because United healthcare is not in the network. Very inconvenient. I guess Prohealthcare is pushing me to go elsewhere for healthcare. I love the doctors but I don't like the inconvenience of going to Aroura for my labs.

Sarah was an outstanding care giver. Very respectful, thorough and considerate. She was also very patient and kind.

This was the 1st time seeing NP Jorgensen. She was excellent and I would love to have her as my primary if I needed one. Absolutely loved her!

Sarah was really wonderful - the only problem I had - I'm profoundly DEAF & their VRI (video remote interpreter) equipment was not working properly which creates TOTAL communication problems - however both of us tried our best - lip read - she, I believe, hears my voice @ read my lips.

Sarah is excellent! The MA I saw before seeing Sarah was great. Other than a hello when you walk in the building there isn't interaction. You check yourself in.

Wait time was not her fault. She was filling in for my regular provider who was out for a family issue. I might consider changing providers as well. I like both.

Although I waited 30ish min the nurse did inform me that they were backed up.
