Philosophy of care

"As a family medicine provider, my passion is to be the best resource I can for patients. This includes listening carefully to each patient’s concerns and addressing them with care. I hope to be as much of a “one-stop-shop” as I can for patients, as well as collaborating with other members of their medical team to provide the best care possible."

Physician assistant Kessel works on a care team with Emily Abeyta, MD; Jessica Buchgerger, DO and Kelsey Koenig, MD. Together, they address the health concerns of their patients, coordinate medical services and deliver personalized care.

Had to wait on the phone for someone to take care or answer phone they said there was a high volume of calls. Maybe you should hire more people to answer phones.

There was one clerk who never asked me even if I needed to be checked in or whatever, she wasn't friendly at all. Seemed like she was having a hard time even moving. She was heavy and not friendly at all.

Dr. Kessel had reviewed my chart and discussed my case with my PCP ahead of time. Was open & honest about plan of care.

I didn't have much interaction with the clerks as there was a computer to use for check in. There was a clerk to help when my code didn't work.

Very good! Video visit with Trina Kessel after testing postive for COVID-19. She covered all over the counter rememedies but I asked for Paxlovid which she did prescribe.
