The doctor didn't listen to me and was pressuring me into her set plan on my care. She implied that I could discontinue care at anytime if I didn't go along with all her recommendations although I have no intention of giving up completely or doing this. I do have the right to decline certain therapies and she was not respecting this right. She really stressed me out. Also, she did not answer all my medical questions and referred me to the nurses to answer questions about meds she ordered.

The wait times to see the doctor and waitinting for the preparation of my chermo medicine has been getting longer. After my blood tests, I sit in the waiting room up to an hour and once I'm sent to the doctor's waiting room it can bu up to 45 minuter wait. Before I actual see the doctor or PA. I'm then sent to the chemo area when I can be waiting another 45 minutes or longer for my chemo medicine prep. There is more wait time than actual care by medical personnel. The wait times seem to be getting longer in the last 3 months.

The assistant who called me back to the room, could introduce herself (name, position, working with Dr. .) as well as indicate when going to take BP and make sure legs are not crossed. The assistant in training was very bubbly and personable which was a nice contrast. However, on the flip side hopefully is being advised on professionalism a bit too. If so she will be better equipped for her position and asset to the team.
