This was my first appt. with Dr. Kleman. It was more like a "get to know you" interview.

Was for cancer detection had a digital mammogram that I have yearly. Was efficient and I will return next year .

We chased down the dr after waiting 40 minutes since the nurse left the room.No up keep no apology and had no lab results to even discuss ehich esd the purpose of the follow up apt but she esd ready to make next appointment.

I have had 90% good experience with all my ProHealth providers. Bad experience with checking in which would be better explained in person instead of writing it all down I do not like to check in by a machine instead of in person!! That is not how a patient should be treated. It doesn't show respect or a caring attitude on how a patient should be treated.
